#doubletapthat a 40 artist collaboration.
This show features a collection of photos printed on 4x4 aluminum squares inspired by Instagram and the photos we “like”. Each artist brings a different point of view with each photo and share what they see through the lens of their cameras and iPhones. #doubletapthat asks artists to find their most favorite photos from the Instagram app and use another app called PostalPix to to print them out on aluminum squares. All the photos are magnetically attached to a steel canvas and displayed in a gallery setting at Glashaus San Diego.
When using the Instagram app users will double tap if they like a photo. This show groups our favorite photos together so if you like it #doubletapthat!
